Condo Building Guides: the towers Arthur manages and has closed in
This is not a directory of every condo tower in the GTA. It covers the buildings Arthur has actually worked in, as property manager or as the agent on a closing. Each page carries a building profile (management company, condo corporation, what the fees include, amenities, pet policy) aggregated from current TRREB listings, a market block limited to counts, ranges and aggregates, and — for buildings Arthur manages or has closed in — first-hand notes. Every number is dated.

Frequently asked
Buying a Toronto condo: what should you check about the building itself?
Four things: what the fees include and the fee-per-square-foot range; the reserve fund and any special assessment in the status certificate; what the declaration and rules say about pets, leasing and renovations; and how many units are currently for sale or lease. A building page covers fee inclusions and ranges, pet policy and active counts; the status certificate and governing documents come from the seller at offer stage and need reading in full.
Why only these buildings?
The first batches are buildings Arthur knows first-hand — managed or closed. Buildings without first-hand notes get a data-only page in later batches.
Are closed sales shown unit by unit?
No. Third-party closed sales appear only as aggregates (count, median band, sale-to-list ratio) and only with three or more sales; Arthur's own closings follow the public Portfolio page.
How often is the data refreshed?
Monthly, together with the market-data pages; each page states its as-of date.
