If you give an email address, the system sends you an automatic acknowledgement. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry.

对话不会存进数据库。为了让助手记得上下文，对话内容只暂存在服务器内存里，且在你停止输入约 30 分钟后被丢弃。Conversations are not written to a database. So that the assistant can follow context, your conversation is held only in server memory and is discarded after roughly 30 minutes of inactivity.

Each exchange produces one operational log record containing a session identifier, the question and answer, which articles the assistant drew on, country, user-agent, response time and IP address. Phone numbers and email addresses in that text are automatically masked before the record is written. These logs are used for troubleshooting and abuse prevention.

If you later become a client in a real estate transaction, information relating to that transaction is handled under the brokerage's privacy policy.

Most of the other providers above operate servers outside Canada, primarily in the United States: site analytics, fonts, the AI assistant's processing and the delivery of acknowledgement email all happen outside the country. Information stored in another country may be subject to that country's laws, including lawful access by its authorities. By using this site you understand that this is the case.
