An office in Markham, not just listings in Markham.
Arthur's Markham story starts in 2018, when he became Broker of Record for Bay Street Group's Markham office. Today he works from the brokerage's office at 8300 Woodbine Avenue, Unit 500, Markham.
When Arthur joined Bay Street Group in November 2016, the brokerage had ten people. It now has more than 1,100 salespeople and brokers registered with the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO public register, October 2026). As VP & Branch Manager, Arthur is the person agents call when a deal goes sideways — and that experience goes into your file too.
For you that means three things: offers checked line by line against the current OREA forms, the school boundary confirmed with the board for the exact address, and advice in English or Chinese.

In their words.

Arthur is extraordinarily patient. He helped us land our home below asking and walked us through every step before it happened.
Sell-then-buy timing is hard. Arthur prepared two scenarios in advance. Seamless transition, zero bridge-loan stress.
Every question I asked came back with numbers and clause references. Highly professional, highly recommended.
Markham Unionville Achievement Award
In 2025 Arthur received the Markham Unionville Achievement Award, presented by the Member of Parliament for Markham–Unionville in recognition of community service.

361 closed sales and leases since 2014.
Each one is a signed transaction on the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board's MLS® System, spread across the GTA and surrounding area — Markham among them. The full list, with addresses, prices and dates, is public on the portfolio page.
According to TRREB MLS® records (2014–2026).

Selling a house in Markham with a local listing agent
Arthur works out of Bay Street Group's Markham office on Woodbine Avenue, so a Markham listing is never far from his desk. While your home is for sale:
- Want an agent present at every showing? Arthur can attend each one in person.
- If the house is empty, the lights are switched on ahead of each showing and off at night, so it shows well and never looks abandoned or lit round the clock.
- A Markham open house every week of the listing, a set time for buyers who would rather drop in than book a private showing.
- Your pocket of Markham watched continuously: new competition, price drops and sales nearby, so the price and the offer-date plan are adjusted as the market moves.
Pricing starts from recent sales on comparable streets, not the asking price next door, and the plan for competing offers is written down before anything goes live.
Buying a home in Markham with a local agent
Markham runs from the condos along Highway 7 in Markham Centre to the older streets of Unionville and the newer subdivisions of Cornell, Berczy and Wismer. Local knowledge narrows that down:
- School boundaries confirmed with the board for the exact address before you offer, whether the target is Unionville, Cachet or a Markham Centre condo.
- Fast viewings: Arthur is based in Markham, so a promising new listing can usually be seen soon after it appears.
- Comparable sales street by street, to tell whether an asking price is set low for an offer date or set to sell as listed.
- What the listing leaves out: through-traffic, road noise from Highway 7 or the 407, which way the backyard faces, and the builder behind the subdivision.
Before you sign, the offer is read with you clause by clause.
Leasing and renting in Markham
For landlords: tenant screening, the Ontario Standard Lease and a dated record of the unit's condition. For tenants: a shortlist that fits your budget and commute, and a lease you understand before you sign it.

Choosing a real estate agent in Markham
How do I choose a real estate agent in Markham?
Check three things: a RECO registration you can look up on the public register, a track record you can verify against TRREB MLS® sales, and an agent who explains the representation agreement before you sign it. Arthur's portfolio lists every sale and lease since 2014, and his RECO registration is public.
Can you work with me in Chinese?
Yes. Arthur works in English and Chinese, and can take you through contract clauses in Chinese so nothing is lost in translation.
Which parts of Markham do you cover?
All of Markham — Unionville, Cachet, Angus Glen, Berczy, Cornell, Wismer, Box Grove, Markham Village and Markham Centre among them — as well as Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Toronto and the rest of the GTA.
How is the commission set?
Commission is negotiable and is agreed in writing: in the listing agreement before your home goes on the market, or in the buyer representation agreement before you make an offer — Ontario's TRESA rules require a buyer representation agreement to be in writing.
