可同时申请:Ontario 省土地转让税退税最高 $4,000、Toronto 市土地转让税退税最高 $4,475、联邦 Home Buyers’ Amount 税务抵免约 $1,500、FHSA 首次购房储蓄账户最高 $40,000 免税额度、以及 RRSP Home Buyers’ Plan 最高 $60,000 免税提取额度。 You can stack: Ontario LTT rebate up to $4,000, Toronto MLTT rebate up to $4,475, federal Home Buyers’ Amount tax credit (~$1,500), FHSA up to $40,000 tax-free, and RRSP Home Buyers’ Plan up to $60,000 tax-free withdrawal.
