How to choose a real estate agent?

-The agent has the same opinion with you for the market

-Interview at least 3-5 agents before sign any contract

-Let the agents explain the details of the contract, both offer and representation agreement

-Agents background you could ask for:

Years of experience

Brokerage

Full time or Part Time

Total Deals they have complete, purchase and sale or lease

Remember honesty is the number one priority

How many clients they have on hands currently

Their home location and investment properties

-Take a showing with 1-2 agents you selected

-Sign a shorter time frame contract(5-10 days)
