有钱贷款少买家和支撑不住卖家的市场博弈

利率不会短期内下降,加拿大欠债比例比美国高很多,而且明显感觉老外卖家其实比中国卖家

很多人还是感觉去年跌的不够多,但其实相比08年金融危机,跌幅是足够大,但也不能忽视22年的夸张涨幅,只看Chart A来说,成交量已经很低了,除了疫情以外,其他图可以去CREA网站上看https://stats.crea.ca/en-CA/

美国经济我不觉得能很快回复,能软着陆就算很好了,我是觉得现在更像是卖点,如果有多套投资房的话,短期涨幅太多了
