1-How old is the condo, does the age really matters

2-What’s the issue with newer condos and older condos? like why lots of newer condos condo fee increase lot in first few years

3-Who’s the management company? and how’s their performance 

4-What’s included in condo fee? how many % increased per year and what’s included in the fees that increased?

5-How much difference with the different exposure? 

6-Who’s the builder? and which buildings they have been build?

7-How much price effected by parking? and which level

8-Does per sqft matters when you compare the price? how much different for 10sqft?

9- What’s included in the Status Certificate? 

10-What’s effected by amenities? what kind of amenities do they have? 

11-Which floor is the parking lot? 

Some may effect the price directly, and some of them doesn’t matter, especially in hot market
