Arthur was already a top agent before transferring to Bay Street Group Inc. He specializes in resale residential properties and has a strong track record of success. He has closed over 185 deals by himself and almost doubled that number with his team. Additionally, he manages over 40 investment properties. Arthur is always eager to learn and find ways to improve his performance in real estate transactions. He completes an average of 15-20 resale deals and 5-10 rental deals per year.

Arthur has extensive knowledge of the buying and mortgage processes and has worked as a mortgage broker for 2 years. When Arthur was studying at the University of Toronto, he initially lived in North York at Yonge/Finch, and later moved to downtown Bay St. During the first two years of his career, he explored almost every apartment in the downtown area. Afterwards, he relocated to the Rouge Wood community in Richmond Hill, where Your Community Realty office was located at Yonge/Hwy7. Later on, the Financial Street Group office moved to its current address at Woodbine Hwy 7. He also resided in Mississauga Erin Mills for a year, where the Financial Street Group had its own office in the Golden Square, thus gaining a better understanding of Mississauga and Oakville as well. Subsequently, he settled in Aurora for long-term residency, where he remains until today.
Initially, his focus in his career was primarily on buying and selling apartments. However, as his existing clients upgraded their properties, he gained experience in houses and apartments in various price ranges. Whether it’s new immigrants or investors, Arthur can provide the best support by leveraging his core competency of attention to detail.
Regarding his own investments, apartments have been his main focus, influenced by his experience as a manager in downtown. Currently, his main areas of focus are Midtown, followed by Mimico, Vaughan, and North York. He has helped clients with buying and selling in various areas, although he is relatively less familiar with the eastern region. However, he has more knowledge about Oshawa and Ajax. He has also dealt with various types of properties, including renovations, rebuilds, and pre-construction projects.
